5 Things You Need for a Festive Holiday Kid’s Party

The holidays are the perfect time to make memories, snap cute photos, and let the kids burn off all that cookie-fueled energy. If you’re planning a kid-friendly holiday party in Las Vegas, a little preparation (and the right rentals) can turn a simple get-together into a magical celebration.

Here are 5 must-haves for a festive holiday kid’s party with a little help from Kangaroo Bounce Party.

1. A Holiday-Themed Bounce House as the Main Attraction

Every great kid’s party needs a “wow” factor—and for holiday events, that’s your bounce house. Kangaroo Bounce Party offers safe, colorful inflatables that instantly become the centerpiece of your celebration. From classic castles to character themes, there’s a bounce house that fits every holiday vibe.

Why it’s a must-have:

• Keeps kids entertained for hours
• Gives them a fun, active outlet while adults mingle
• Creates the perfect backdrop for festive photos

All units are professionally cleaned, set up, and taken down for you, so you can focus on hosting instead of hauling equipment.

2. A Cozy “Cookie & Cocoa” Station

Nothing says “holiday magic” like cookies and hot cocoa. Set up a Cookie & Cocoa Corner where kids can:

• Decorate sugar cookies with frosting, sprinkles, and candy
• Sip warm cocoa with marshmallows, whipped cream, or candy cane stirrers
• Show off their creations before (and after) bouncing

Pro tip for parents: Position the snack station a little away from the bounce house entrance so kids can enjoy treats safely and take breaks from jumping.

3. Interactive Holiday Games with Prizes

Between bounce sessions, keep the fun going with simple, holiday-themed games, such as:

• Ring toss with mini wreaths or candy cane rings
• “Pin the nose on the reindeer”
• Snowball toss using soft white balls or rolled socks
• Holiday bingo or scavenger hunts

Make it extra exciting with small prizes like:

• Candy cane bundles
• Fuzzy holiday socks
• Mini hot cocoa kits
• Sparkly Santa hats or reindeer headbands

This combination of inflatables + games keeps even high-energy kids engaged all party long.

4. Space for Parents to Relax and Watch the Fun

A truly successful kid’s party also thinks about the grown-ups. Alongside your bounce house, set up:

• A few tables and chairs for parents to sit and relax
• A viewing area where they can easily watch their kids play
• A snack and drink station just for adults

Kangaroo Bounce Party delivers throughout the Las Vegas valley and can help you choose inflatables that fit your available space, whether it’s a backyard, driveway, or a local park in North Las Vegas.

5. Safe, Weather-Smart Setup with a Trusted Rental Company

Holiday parties may come with cooler temps and unpredictable weather, so safety and setup matter just as much as fun. When you book with Kangaroo Bounce Party, you get:

• Licensed and insured inflatable rentals
• Clean, sanitized units for every event
• Professional delivery, setup, and takedown
• Guidance on choosing the right size and style of bounce house for your yard or venue
